Green Card- Our client is a Canadian married to a United States citizen and a musician who plays at establishments on the San Antonio Riverwalk. He had been entering the United States on temporary P visas for many years. We filed at USCIS for lawful permanent residency that was granted after an interview. The couple then took a celebratory trip to California.
Green Card- USCIS denied the petition for a green card filed by the daughter for her mother from Turkey before coming to us due to insufficient documents. USCIS reopened the case where we submitted the appropriate documentation and the petition was approved.
Citizenship– An American grandmother successfully applied in the United States to obtain citizenship for her two Mexican grandchildren after the Department of State denied the application of the mother who is a U.S. citizen at a Mexican consulate.
Removal- The Immigration Court granted withholding of removal after a day long hearing for a mother and son from Honduras that allowed them into the United States with the ability to secure authorization for employment after they were initially returned to Mexico.
